I was doing my usual browse through youtube and noticed this video. It is from 2001 Summer Jam where Jay-Z brought out Michael Jackson onto the stage and shocked everyone with "H to the IZZO". Please observe Jay-Z's face in this video it is a classic example of someone who is focused.
