For Spring/Summer 2009, the leading facial feature
should be the eyes. You can make your eyes stand out
with the following:
- fake eyelashes
- defined eyebrows
- eyeliner
- metallic shades
- smokey eyes
- pastel eye shadow
We recommend bright pink or peach-coloured lips to balance
out accentuated eyes and glowing skin.
